1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of any Lowlu venue and its facilities, including sauna and cold plunge experiences (the "Site" or "Sites"). They apply to all guests visiting a Lowlu location and form a binding agreement between you and Lowlu Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

By entering a Lowlu Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not enter the venue.

2. Age Restriction

Lowlu Sites are strictly for guests aged 18 and over. No person under the age of 18 is permitted on site at any time. This applies to all areas of the venue, including changing rooms, the sauna, and the cold plunge.

Guests accompanied by under-18s will not be permitted to enter unless a specific prior arrangement has been agreed in writing with Lowlu. Lowlu reserves the right to request proof of age and to refuse entry to any person who cannot confirm they meet this requirement.

3. Health and Medical Waiver

All guests are required to complete a health and medical history waiver before their first visit. This waiver must be completed via the Lowlu app in advance of your visit, which we strongly recommend, or in person at the venue on arrival. Entry will be refused if a waiver has not been completed.

Your waiver remains valid for future visits unless your health status changes. If your health changes in any way that may affect your suitability for contrast therapy, including new medical diagnoses, surgery, pregnancy, or changes to medication, you must complete a new waiver before your next visit.

Sauna and cold plunge therapy involves exposure to extreme temperatures and carries inherent physical risks. Lowlu strongly recommends that guests with any underlying health condition, or any doubt about their suitability, consult a medical professional before visiting. By completing the waiver, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you accept personal responsibility for your participation.

4. Arrival and Access

Please arrive no later than five minutes before your booked session start time. The access code for the venue will only activate from five minutes before your session begins.

If you arrive after your session has started, your session will run to its original end time. No extension will be provided for late arrival and no refund will be issued. Lowlu is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by late arrival.

5. What to Bring

Lowlu does not provide towels. Guests must bring their own. We recommend bringing two towels: one to dry off with and one to sit on in the sauna. Sitting directly on sauna benches without a towel is not permitted for hygiene reasons.

Guests should wear appropriate swimwear throughout their visit. Nudity is not permitted in any shared area of the venue.

6. Hygiene and Facility Rules

To maintain a safe and hygienic environment for all guests, the following rules apply:

• Guests must shower between each sauna and cold plunge. This is a hygiene requirement, not a recommendation.
• Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times in shared areas.
• A towel must be used to sit on in the sauna at all times.
• Guests must not enter the facilities if they are visibly unwell, have an open wound, skin infection, or any contagious condition.
• Food is not permitted in the sauna or cold plunge areas.

7. Conduct

Lowlu is a space for rest, recovery, and wellbeing. We ask all guests to be considerate of others and to help maintain a calm and respectful environment. The following are not permitted:

• Attending a session under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. Guests who appear intoxicated will be refused entry or asked to leave.
• Consuming alcohol or recreational drugs on site.
• Aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour towards other guests or Lowlu staff.
• Excessive noise or behaviour that disrupts the experience of other guests.
• Photography or filming of other guests without their explicit consent.

Lowlu reserves the right to remove any guest from the venue at any time for conduct that is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in breach of these Terms. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

8. Right to Refuse Entry

Lowlu reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any guest at its reasonable discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances where:

• A health waiver has not been completed.
• The guest is under 18 or cannot confirm they meet the age requirement.
• The guest appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• The guest's behaviour or condition poses a risk to themselves or others.
• The guest has previously breached these Terms and Conditions.

Where entry is refused or a guest is asked to leave due to a breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued.

9. Personal Belongings

Guests bring personal belongings to Lowlu Sites entirely at their own risk. Lockers are available on site for guests to store valuables during their session. While we encourage guests to make use of these, Lowlu does not accept responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items brought onto the premises, whether stored in a locker, changing area, or elsewhere in the venue.

10. Liability and Personal Injury

Participation in sauna and cold plunge therapy is undertaken entirely at the guest's own risk. Lowlu takes reasonable steps to maintain a safe environment, but cannot guarantee that use of the facilities is free from risk.

Guests with pre-existing health conditions, including but not limited to cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, epilepsy, or pregnancy, participate entirely at their own risk. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure they are medically suitable for contrast therapy before visiting.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lowlu Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage suffered by a guest arising from their use of the facilities, except where such injury or loss is caused directly by Lowlu's negligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Lowlu's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 minutes before the scheduled session start time. Cancellations made within 30 minutes of the session start time, and no-shows, are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made via the Lowlu app or by contacting support@lowlu.co.

12. Changes to These Terms

Lowlu reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available at www.lowlu.co and in the Lowlu app. Your continued use of Lowlu Sites following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of a Lowlu Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

RESET WELLNESS STUDIO - LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

By signing this document, you acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily accept the risks involved in participating in the services provided by Reset Wellness Ltd ("Reset", "the Studio"). You agree to release and hold harmless Reset to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1. Services Covered

This waiver applies to all activities offered by Reset, including but not limited to:

• Cold plunges / ice baths / contrast therapy.
• Heat exposure (sauna, steam, or similar).
• Breathwork sessions (including deep breathing, breath holds, and guided hyperventilation techniques).
• Mobility, stretching, and recovery activities.
• Workshops, classes, private sessions, and community events held on or off-site.

Private Events & Temporary Closures:

From time to time, Reset may be reserved for private bookings, workshops, or exclusive events. During these periods, the studio may be temporarily inaccessible to regular clients - typically for a few hours at a time.

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that:

• Reset reserves the right to hold private sessions that limit access for short durations.
• Memberships or session credits do not guarantee availability during these times.
• Any such temporary closures will be communicated in advance where possible.

2. Acknowledgement of Risks

I understand that participation in these services carries inherent and unavoidable risks, including but not limited to:

• Physiological responses: rapid changes in heart rate or blood pressure, hyperventilation, light-headedness, fainting, dizziness, nausea, loss of consciousness, or hypothermia/hyperthermia.
• Musculoskeletal injuries: strains, sprains, cramps, or slips and falls on wet or heated surfaces.
• Medical events: exacerbation of undiagnosed or pre-existing health conditions, possible cardiac events, or breathing difficulties.
• Severe risks (rare): stroke, heart attack, loss of consciousness while submerged, or death.

I understand that these risks cannot be fully eliminated and may occur even if staff follow proper protocols.

3. Medical Conditions - Contraindications

I confirm that none of the following apply to me (or, if they do, I have obtained written medical clearance):

For cold plunge / sauna / contrast therapy:

• Cardiovascular conditions (e.g., heart disease, arrhythmia, uncontrolled hypertension, pacemaker).
• History of heart attack, stroke, or deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
• Severe Raynaud's disease or peripheral vascular disease.
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders.
• Respiratory disorders (e.g., severe asthma, COPD).
• Open wounds, skin infections, or contagious conditions.
• Fever, severe illness, or active infection.
• Pregnancy (especially high-risk or complicated pregnancies).
• Recent surgery (especially with sutures, open wounds, or implanted devices).
• Inability to safely regulate temperature or shivering response.

For breathwork:

• Epilepsy or seizure disorders.
• Cardiovascular disease, arrhythmia, uncontrolled blood pressure.
• Respiratory disease (e.g., COPD, severe asthma).
• History of fainting or syncope.
• Pregnancy.
• Severe mental health conditions (e.g., psychosis, schizophrenia).
• Recent major surgery or injury.
• History of panic disorder or extreme anxiety triggered by breath restriction.

I understand that if I fail to disclose medical conditions or choose to participate despite contraindications, I assume full responsibility for any resulting injury or harm.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your medical condition after signing this waiver, and we accept no responsibility for any issues arising from your failure to do so.

4. Voluntary Participation

I am voluntarily choosing to participate in the services offered by Reset. I understand I can stop at any time if I feel unwell or unsafe. I have had the opportunity to ask questions about the activities and risks involved.

5. Release of Liability & Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby:

• Release and discharge Reset Wellness Studio, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action (including for negligence) arising out of or connected to my participation.
• Agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reset Wellness Studio from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation.
• Understand that this release does not exclude liability where prohibited by UK law (such as for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

6. Safety & Responsibility

I agree to:

• Follow all instructions and safety guidance given by Reset staff.
• Not participate if under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing medication.
• Inform staff immediately if I feel unwell, dizzy, or unable to continue safely.
• Accept responsibility for injury or harm caused by ignoring safety instructions or failing to disclose relevant health information.

7. Limitation of Liability

I understand that Reset is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. I accept that participation is at my own risk, and that Reset is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages.

8. Severability & Governing Law

If any part of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall still apply. This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT. I AM VOLUNTARILY SIGNING IT AND ACCEPTING THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH RESET WELLNESS STUDIO'S SERVICES.
