How It Works
Inside your Lowlu app account, you'll find a personal referral code. It's already there, there's nothing to activate, nothing to apply for. Share it however feels natural: a text, a WhatsApp, a DM on Instagram, a link to someone you think would love it.
When a friend uses your code and pays for their first session, your free session unlocks and you'll receive the code right in the app once they have attended their session. You then have ten days to use it from the day of their first session. Check in on your friend after their visit and see how they enjoyed it and you'll know you've got 10 days to come again, on us!

After their first session, the 50% off lands. After their second, the free session follows.

The Details
We've tried to keep this as simple as possible. Here's everything you need to know.
10-day window. Your free session is valid for 10 days from the moment your friend attends their first paid session.
No cap on referrals. Refer as many people as you like, each successful referral earns you a free session, every time.
New guests only. Your friend must be a new Lowlu user (someone who hasn't booked with us before) for the referral to count.
Track it in the app. Your code, pending rewards, and free session codes are all visible in your account on the Lowlu app.
Valid at both sites. Rewards are valid off peak or peak but only at the site that your friend has chosen for their first session.
They enter your code at sign-up. Your friend should enter your referral code when they make their first booking.

Open the Lowlu app. Go to your account. Your referral code is right there. That's it. Share it however feels natural and we'll take care of the rest.

How to use the referral in the app
View Your Unique Referral Code
Open the Lowlu app and log in to your account. Your referral code is displayed once you book your first session.
Enter Referral Code
Your friend downloads the app, signs up, and enters your referral code at their first booking. Their first booking is full price but their second session is 50% off and their third is completely free!
Receive Your Free Session
Your free session will be added to your account. You will get an email and can view reward message on home screen
Copy your referral reward from promo page
Your free session will be displayed on your promo page. You must use it within 10 days of your friend's first session.
